About Us

Who We Are

Big Time Management is the talent arm of The Big Time Group — representing children and young people across Film, TV, Theatre, Commercials and Voiceover work.

What sets us apart is our commitment to nurturing talent beyond just securing auditions. We invest in each performer’s growth, equipping them with the skills, confidence and industry knowledge to succeed at every stage of their career.

Co-owners Adam and Nicole Morley bring extensive experience in production, talent management and strategic leadership. Their award-winning work in the arts, combined with strong industry connections, provides wonderful opportunities for our clients. Adam and Nicole’s insight and dedication ensure that every performer represented by Big Time Management is positioned for long-term success in an ever-evolving industry.

Film

Clients have appeared in feature films including Lost in London starring Woody Harrelson, Owen Wilson & Daniel Radcliffe, The King's Man starring Ralph Fiennes & Gemma Arterton, and Bermondsey Tales starring Alan Ford & John Hannah.

West End & Musicals

Credits include Motown: The Musical (West End & UK Tour), Les Misérables (West End), and Standing at the Sky's Edge (National Theatre & West End).

Commercials & TV

Our talent have featured in campaigns for household brands including John Lewis, Sainsbury's, Legoland, Calpol and the Sunday Times, as well as the hit series Make That Movie for Channel 4 Comedy.

We review your child's footage and give feedback before anything is submitted, and our teachers can film self-tapes on your behalf or offer one-to-one tuition.

Child Performance Licences

We guide families through child performance (BOPA) licences with their local authority.

Children’s data is handled securely under UK GDPR — we publish minimal detail online.

Designated Safeguarding Lead

A named Designated Safeguarding Lead oversees welfare and child protection.
